Virtually all of our fish are caught using 'day boats' these are single trip fishing vessels, meaning your fish have been caught, packed on ice and unloaded on the same day ensuring maximum freshness.

Loch Duart is an independent Scottish salmon farming company, headquartered in Sutherland, famous for its rare heritage breed of Salmon. Highly prized by top chefs worldwide, the fish are reared with a focus on environmental sustainability, high marine-content feed and low stocking densities.

Heritage Breed: Bred from a unique lineage of wild Scottish salmon, the fish have a "wild-like" firm texture and a naturally rich, distinct flavour.

Sustainable Feed: Their feed includes a high marine content (over 60%), using trimmings from fisheries certified by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) and Marin Trust.

Welfare-Focused Farming: The fish are raised in spacious sea pens with a ratio of 1.5% fish to 98.5% water. They are grown slowly without the use of antibiotics or hormones.

Award-Winning: Their farming methods have earned them France's prestigious Label Rouge certification for superior quality.
